Morning Skincare Routine
Apply MAKE IT CLEAR emulsion to damp skin. Gently massage in circular motions until it forms a light lather, then rinse with water. Follow up with a small amount of BUILD ME UP toner on slightly damp skin using your hands. Wait a few minutes for it to absorb. Then, apply the lightweight protective cream BUT FIRST, SUNSCREEN, using approximately 2 mg/cm² of skin (roughly the length of two fingers). Apply about 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2-3 hours for optimal protection. Avoid the eye area.
Evening Skincare Routine
Start with SQUEEZE AN ORANGE oil cleanser. Rub a small amount of the oil between your dry hands and gently massage it onto dry skin, including your face, lips, and eyes, to dissolve impurities, makeup, and SPF. Add water to emulsify the product—it will transform into a milky texture. Rinse everything off with warm water. This is your first step in the cleansing routine.
Next, use the MAKE IT CLEAR cleansing emulsion. Massage it onto your damp skin in circular motions to create a light foam, then rinse with water. Follow up with a small amount of BUILD ME UP toner on slightly damp skin, applied with your hands. Finally, apply a night cream to your face and neck, ideally 30 minutes before bed.

How to Protect Yourself from Harmful Sun Rays

- Wear light, breathable clothing made of natural fabrics that covers most of your body.
- Use hats or caps that cover your neck and ears.
- Protect your eyes with sunglasses that have UV filters.
- Pay special attention to exposed areas like your nose and ears.
- Apply sunscreen 15-20 minutes before going outside and reapply every 2-3 hours, especially after swimming in a lake or the sea.
- Remember, no sunscreen provides 100% protection! Excessive sun exposure can pose serious health risks.
