What is the shipping cost?
Delivery in Poland
Within Poland, we offer free shipping for all orders above PLN 299 (order value after discounts).
For orders below this amount, we charge a shipping fee of:
- PLN 15.90 for orders with home delivery (InPost Courier)
- PLN 12.90 for orders with pickup at a designated point (InPost Parcel Lockers).
During the order placement process, you can choose your preferred delivery method.
Delivery within the European Union
Within the European Union, we handle deliveries through the courier company DHL. The shipping cost varies depending on the zone:
- Zone A (Czech Republic, Netherlands, Germany, Slovakia, Austria) - shipping cost: PLN 69
- Zone B (Lithuania, Latvia, France, Belgium, Croatia, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovenia, Hungary) - shipping cost: PLN 79
- Zone C (Denmark, Greece, Spain, Romania, Sweden, Italy) - shipping cost: PLN 89
How long does order processing take?
We understand that you're eager to receive your order, so we make every effort to deliver it to you as quickly as possible.
Orders with delivery in Poland:
- Orders placed and/or paid on business days before 10:00 AM are processed (and shipped) on the same day, unless they contain products with extended processing times. If the processing time for any reason needs to be extended, we will inform you directly on the product pages before the "Add to Cart ❤" button.
- Orders placed and/or paid on business days after 10:00 AM are processed on the next business day unless they contain products with extended processing times. If the processing time for any reason needs to be extended, we will inform you directly on the product pages before the "Add to Cart ❤" button.
- Orders placed and/or paid on Fridays after 10:00 AM, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
We will notify you by email of any changes to the order status.
Orders with delivery within the European Union:
The preparation and shipping of international orders, with delivery to the specified EU countries, take approximately 3-5 business days.
