Online Payment (PLN only)

By choosing quick online payment, you can pay for your order through:

BLIK (payment using a BLIK code with confirmation in the bank app)
Credit card (Visa, Visa Checkout, MasterCard, Masterpass, Maestro, JCB, Diners Club, American Express)
Fast bank transfer (the list of available banks is visible after selecting the transfer option in Przelewy24)

When paying by card, fast bank transfer, electronic wallet, or BLIK, your payment will be "almost" immediately credited, allowing us to start processing your order right away.
If you are unable to make the payment immediately during the order placement, check your order confirmation email or your customer account for a link to complete the transaction. Simply click on it, and you will be redirected to the online payment system.
Online payments on the Veoli Botanica website are processed by PayPro SA Payment Agent, ul. Cash on delivery (PLN only)

When choosing this payment method, you can pay for your order directly to the courier, at an InPost parcel locker, or via the InPost app upon receiving your package.

How to pay for a courier shipment with cash on delivery?
When ordering a courier shipment with cash on delivery, you can pay with the exact amount in cash, by card via a payment terminal, or with BLIK. The availability of these payment options is determined by the courier service.
How to pick up a cash-on-delivery parcel from a parcel locker or pickup point?

Payment via InPost Mobile App: Use PayByLink, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or pay by card within the app.
BLIK Payment at a Parcel Locker (available at most InPost devices): Enter your phone number at the parcel locker, then enter the pickup code or scan the QR code. Go to the payment panel and select the “BLIK” option. Enter the 6-digit code generated in your mobile banking app. Done! Your locker will open immediately after the payment is confirmed.
Bank Transfer Payment (PayByLink): In the email notifying you that your parcel is ready for pickup, find the link for quick payment. This refers to PayByLink transfers—after clicking the appropriate link, you'll be redirected to your bank's login page, where the transfer form will automatically be filled with the necessary details (including the cash-on-delivery amount). Once the payment is processed, you'll receive a pickup code, which you can use to retrieve your parcel from the machine.

Gift Card Payment (PLN only)

You can pay for all products on our online store veolibotanica.pl with a gift card.
The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
For purchases exceeding the card limit, the remaining amount can be supplemented with other payment methods.
Refunds for returned products are credited back to the gift card.
Each card has an individual number and is secured with a PIN.
If the order value is lower than the card value, unused funds do not expire and can be used for future purchases.
