Payment Methods

Online Payment

By choosing quick online payment, you can pay for your order through:

BLIK (payment using a BLIK code with confirmation in the bank app)
Credit card (Visa, Visa Checkout, MasterCard, Masterpass, Maestro, JCB, Diners Club, American Express)
Fast bank transfer (the list of available banks is visible after selecting the transfer option in Przelewy24)
PayPal (option available only for international payments with an international delivery address)

When paying by card, fast bank transfer, electronic wallet, or BLIK, your payment will be "almost" immediately credited, allowing us to start processing your order right away.
If you are unable to make the payment immediately during the order placement, check your order confirmation email or your customer account for a link to complete the transaction. Simply click on it, and you will be redirected to the online payment system.

Gift Card Payment

You can pay for all products on our online store veolibotanica.pl with a gift card.
The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
For purchases exceeding the card limit, the remaining amount can be supplemented with other payment methods.
Refunds for returned products are credited back to the gift card.
Each card has an individual number and is secured with a PIN.
If the order value is lower than the card value, unused funds do not expire and can be used for future purchases.
