In the morning:
After cleansing and toning the skin, apply a small amount of GOOD TO C YOU concentrate to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Wait a few minutes. Then apply a light protective cream BUT FIRST, SUNSCREEN with an amount of 2 mg per 1 cm2 of skin (approximately equivalent to the length of two fingers). Use about 20 minutes before planned sun exposure. Repeat application every 2-3 hours for maximum protection. Avoid the eye area.
In the evening:
SQUEEZE AN ORANGE oil is best to remove sunscreen remnants. Use it in the first stage of facial cleansing. Secondly, use a product suitable for your skin: CLEANING ME SOFTLY gel for dry skin, CLEAN ME UP gel for combination skin, DEEPLY PORE CLEANSING GEL for skin with imperfections or MAKE IT CLEAR emulsion for sensitive skin.

Storage method: The GOOD TO C YOU product should be stored in a dry place, away from light sources, at a temperature of 15 to 25°C.

How to protect yourself from harmful sun rays?
1. Avoid sun exposure, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

4. Protect your eyes with sunglasses with UV filters.
5. Remember especially about exposed body parts, such as the nose or ears.

7. Use products with a filter 15-20 minutes before going out and reapply every 2-3 hours and after swimming, e.g. in a lake or sea.
